Rietberg Montessori School in Switzerland offers a bilingual Montessori program for children aged 3 to 12. The school is state-accredited by the Department of Education of Canton Zürich and licensed by AM(S). In kindergarten, children are placed in mixed-age groups (3–6) with instruction in German and English; in elementary, two mixed-age groups (6–9 and 9–12). Qualified Montessori staff guide learning using Dr. Montessori materials to support cognitive and physical development. The Montessori curriculum fully covers the Canton Zurich requirements and guarantees transfer to secondary school, ensuring a clear progression to gymnasium. The school was founded in 1987 and operates under a Foundation Board, with dedicated principals for Kindergarten and Elementary.
