Sibling discount
- A sibling discount of 10% of the school fees is granted for the second, third, etc. child from the same family. The reduction applies to the school fees of the younger child or children.

Other costs and items not included in tuition

Billing schedule and payment terms
- School fees are due before the start of each semester. Alternatively, payment may be made in monthly instalments (6 instalments) subject to a surcharge. School fees for students admitted mid-term are charged pro rata.
- Late payment consequences: interest on arrears is charged at 5% per annum; dunning costs of CHF 20.00 per reminder (from the second reminder) and collection charges may be applied. The school reserves the right to commission a collection agency and to withhold certificates or diplomas if fees remain outstanding.

Refunds, termination and withdrawal: key rules
- The registration fee is non-refundable. If a reserved place is not taken up after payment of the registration fee, there is no reimbursement.
- Ordinary termination requires written notice by registered letter by December 1 (for the winter semester) or May 1 (for the summer semester). Late termination after these dates triggers compensation equal to 25% of the School Fees for the corresponding semester.
- Leaving mid-semester: the school charges fees up to the end of the week in which the student leaves (pro rata by weeks, excluding school vacations). If notification is not provided ten calendar weeks prior to the end of that week, the school charges additional compensation of 25% of the School Fees for the corresponding semester.
- Force majeure: if the school is closed by authorities for force majeure (for example an epidemic, pandemic or natural disaster), there is no right to a refund of school fees.

Fee payment options and invoicing
- Invoices and credit notes include a QR payment part suitable for Swiss e-banking and QR-IBAN payments; the school uses a Parents' Portal and Webshop for booking and invoicing optional services (lunch, after-school care, clubs). Payment is expected in accordance with the billing schedule.

Administrative and contractual notes (payment processing and enforcement)
- Even when a third party (e.g., an employer) covers fees, the legal guardians remain party to the contract and are liable for payment. The school may charge collection fees and interest on overdue amounts and may withhold certificates until outstanding amounts are paid or guaranteed.

Admissions

Admissions

1. Consultation with the School Management. In a personal meeting, questions are clarified and the educational concept is presented. The school grounds can be shown and, if possible, a lesson may be observed. To make an appointment, contact the school office or fill out the registration form below. 2. Trial Days. Your child experiences the SIS environment for one or two days to ensure the child feels comfortable; the trial days are a first introduction. 3. Submitting the Admission Form. The registration form is provided during or after the interview, in printed or digital form. Fill it in completely and return it to the school. 4. Signing the School Contract. After registration is received, the school contract is drawn up and sent with a payment slip for the registration fee. Return the signed contract and transfer the registration fee to reserve a place. Admission is possible all year round. Most students are enrolled in spring (February to April) to start in August. Admission covers Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary, College or International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. A place is secured once the enrolment fee is received; the enrolment fee is specified on the price list.
