Acton Taipei is accredited through the International Association of Learner Driven Schools; approved by the Taipei City Government as an experimental education group (愛騰共學團); and a non-profit foundation registered in Taiwan (台灣愛騰實驗教育協會).
Acton Academy Taipei operates as part of the Acton Academy network. The campus is in Beitou District, with the elementary studio a short walk from Xinbeitou MRT Station and the middle/high school studio a short walk from Guting MRT Station. The school emphasizes learner-driven, project-based learning through its Quest framework (Learn to Do, Learn to Learn, Learn to Be) and a focus on three core areas: Core Skills, Collaboration, and Creating. The school currently serves grades 1–9, with plans to launch a high school (Fall 2026). The surrounding area offers nearby parks, libraries, museums, and other community resources.
