Yes. I-Shou International School offers a bilingual English–Chinese programme across its Primary and Secondary divisions. In Primary Years G1-G5, small classes foster a bilingual environment with a dual homeroom teacher system (overseas and host-country teachers). Preschool NK-K2 also uses bilingual homeroom teachers.
