Billing Schedule and Payment Terms
- Tuition and required fees are presented on a per-semester basis; required and nonrefundable fees are billed per year. Enrollment occurring after a semester begins will be billed pro rata for tuition, ESL, boarding and lunch based on the number of weeks attended if enrollment occurs after the first four calendar weeks; all other required fees are due in full at enrollment.
- A late payment penalty of 2% will be assessed on any school fee payment that is overdue.
Refund Information
- Withdrawal notified before July 15 or December 15: 100% refund on tuition, ESL, boarding and lunch.
- Withdrawal notified from July 15 / December 15 to four weeks after school starts: 50% refund on tuition, ESL, boarding and lunch.
- Withdrawal notified after four weeks from school start: no refund for tuition, ESL, boarding or lunch.
- Enrollment during the first four calendar weeks of any semester requires all fees to be paid in full at enrollment. Enrollment after the first four calendar weeks results in prorated tuition, ESL, boarding and lunch as noted above.
Pacific American School (PAS) is a private international school in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan, offering an American-based curriculum for students in Grades 1–12.
