Application & Entrance Fees

- First-time application fee: TWD 100,000.
- Entrance testing fees (as applicable): SLEP test TWD 4,000; ERB test TWD 5,500.

Required and Nonrefundable Annual Fees

- Registration fee (per child): TWD 50,000 per year.
- Capital fee (per child): TWD 90,000 per year.
- Facility & Technology fee: TWD 60,000 per year.
- Student accident insurance: TWD 800 per child (annual).
- Parent association member fee: TWD 1,000 per family (annual).

Tuition and ESL Fees (Per Semester and Per Academic Year)

- Grade 1–5 tuition: TWD 310,400 per semester; TWD 620,800 per academic year (two semesters).
- Grade 6–12 tuition: TWD 382,800 per semester; TWD 765,600 per academic year (two semesters).
- ESL fee where applicable (Grade 1–5): TWD 70,000 per semester; TWD 140,000 per academic year.
- ESL fee where applicable (Grade 6–12): TWD 80,000 per semester; TWD 160,000 per academic year.

Boarding Fees (if applicable)

- Dormitory and meal service (boarding students): TWD 150,000 per semester; TWD 300,000 per academic year (two semesters).

Optional and Other Fees

- Lunch (optional, charged per year): Grade 1–5 TWD 20,000 per year; Grade 6–12 TWD 30,000 per year.
- Textbook fees: vary by grade level and are charged as required.
- Standardized testing fees: vary by test and are charged as required.
- Transportation (door-to-door service; paid directly to the transportation company):
- Hsinchu City round trip TWD 25,000 / one-way TWD 15,000 per year.
- Zhubei City round trip TWD 20,000 / one-way TWD 10,000 per year.
- Other miscellaneous fees may be charged according to the actual needs of students.

Billing Schedule and Payment Terms

- Tuition and required fees are presented on a per-semester basis; required and nonrefundable fees are billed per year. Enrollment occurring after a semester begins will be billed pro rata for tuition, ESL, boarding and lunch based on the number of weeks attended if enrollment occurs after the first four calendar weeks; all other required fees are due in full at enrollment.
- A late payment penalty of 2% will be assessed on any school fee payment that is overdue.

Refund Information

- Withdrawal notified before July 15 or December 15: 100% refund on tuition, ESL, boarding and lunch.
- Withdrawal notified from July 15 / December 15 to four weeks after school starts: 50% refund on tuition, ESL, boarding and lunch.
- Withdrawal notified after four weeks from school start: no refund for tuition, ESL, boarding or lunch.
- Enrollment during the first four calendar weeks of any semester requires all fees to be paid in full at enrollment. Enrollment after the first four calendar weeks results in prorated tuition, ESL, boarding and lunch as noted above.

Pacific American School (PAS) is a private international school in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan, offering an American-based curriculum for students in Grades 1–12. The campus is at No. 307, Section 1, Xinglong Road, in the heart of Zhubei, near a hospital, universities, and bio/AI science parks. PAS teaches in English with ESL support and enrolls elementary, middle, and high school students. The curriculum is anchored in American academic standards and includes Advanced Placement (AP) courses, more than 200 courses overall, and a range of capstone programs in technology, sustainability, and humanities. The school is a Google School since 2014 and emphasizes STEAM, AIoT, and robotics. Capstone programs include Robotics/VEX, Ecosystem, Upcycling, Sustainable Art, Debate, and Model United Nations.
