The National Honor Society at TAS selects members based on scholarship, leadership, service, and character, with active chapter responsibilities. Taipei American School (TAS) is a private international day school in Taipei's Tianmu area offering an American-based education for KA through Grade 12. The language of instruction is English, with Mandarin taught as an additional language from Kindergarten onward. TAS is hosted on a 15-acre campus in Tianmu, a northern suburb of Taipei, featuring a dedicated Arts Center, science and technology labs, multiple gymnasia, and extensive athletic facilities.
