The school offers a catering service Monday to Friday with a menu decided by a committee of parents and staff to ensure a healthy, balanced diet. DipDip and Celavie are in charge of preparing the meals; the canteen's internal regulations have been approved by the School Council.
Governance is via the Association of Parents of Pupils (APP), a non-profit Tanzanian-registered body formed under the cooperation framework for French education abroad. The APP's purposes include managing and developing the school, delivering instruction according to the official French curricula, and promoting collaboration between parents, management, and staff. The Management Board administers the APP and executes General Assembly decisions; the School Council oversees pedagogy and educational life, with guidance from the Head of School within the AEFE framework.
