- The school issues an annual invoice for the full academic year; the annual invoice is due on receipt and must be paid by 31 July of the year prior to the school year (example: for 2025–26 the deadline was 31 July 2025).
- Termly payment option: the school allows termly payment on request. Term payment deadlines shown for 2025–26 were: 1st term due 31 July, 2nd term due 27 November, 3rd term due 27 March. When paying termly, 100% of school supplies and insurance are due on the first invoice; for new enrolments on termly basis, 100% of deposit and registration fees must also be paid with the first invoice.
- Monthly payment option: available on request and requires a signed schedule (August to May). Payments are due by the 5th of each month and are subject to a 5% charge on the total invoice (interest/fee). New enrolments are not eligible for monthly payment. For monthly plans, 100% of school supplies and insurance must be paid as part of the first invoice.
- To reserve a place by the stated deadline (example: before 15 May 2025), an advance payment is required (TZS 2,240,000 per child for 2025–26) and is deducted from the annual invoice but is non‑refundable.
- Late payment penalties: a 10% penalty on the full amount due is applied immediately after a missed deadline; unpaid invoices three weeks after the due date lead to exclusion and loss of the place. Repeated non‑payment leads to expulsion.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as a day school and no boarding fees are listed.
Other costs and extras
- School supplies: specified per year group (amounts listed above) and charged annually. When paying termly or monthly, the full school supplies fee is payable with the first invoice.

- Canteen / meals: lunch box charge referenced at TZS 1,500 per day; canteen and extracurricular activities are offered as extra options and are charged in addition to the tuition package.
- Uniforms: there is no compulsory school uniform; students follow the school's internal regulations for appropriate clothing. School supplies (books, exercise books, pens, etc.) are provided by the school.
- Extracurricular activities (AES) and trips: may incur additional charges; comprehensive global packages for embassies/companies can include tuition, supplies, insurance, AES, trips and canteen at a fixed annual cost.
Refunds and departures
- Refunds after departure: If the annual invoice has been paid and a family departs during the year, a refund may be issued only under specified exceptional conditions and with valid proof (examples given include end of employment contract/mission, serious illness of a parent/child/sibling, or death). Other reasons require management approval. A term that has started is considered fully due. For families on termly payment, a started term is due in full; all fees must be cleared before departure. The refundable deposit is returned after the family's definitive departure (subject to the financial regulations).
