The International French School operates on two campuses in Masaki, Dar es Salaam. The main campus houses the Primary and Secondary sections, while a second campus nearby hosts the Preschool with newly built spaces and a covered sports field. Almost 500 students from 48 nationalities are enrolled. Students aged 2 to 18 learn both English and French, with language options of Spanish, Italian and German starting at age 12, and Japanese available in Grade 10. The school is AEFE-affiliated, part of the Agency for French Teaching Abroad network.
A covered sports field is available on the Preschool campus.
Two libraries serve both campuses, and each class spends about one hour in the library (secondary) or one hour and thirty minutes (preschool and elementary) weekly. The libraries provide activities such as research and media education throughout the school year. The Masaki campus hosts a newly opened library.
A full range of extra-curricular activities is offered in French and English. Many activities are available each year, introducing students to new sports, artistic techniques, and other skills. Registration is via the Skolengo platform.
