The school has a four-house system: Bears/Ursus (Green), Lions/Panthera (Yellow), Tigers/Sabre (Red), Elephants/Surus (Blue). Students are allocated to a house on entry and remain in it through Primary and Secondary. Teachers and teaching assistants are allocated to each House and work with student House Captains. Houses compete in events such as Sports Days, Swimming Galas, house quizzes and Sports Tournaments to promote teamwork and school life values.
Bangkok Prep is governed by a Board of Governors and a Board of Directors who report annually to shareholders. The Board oversees strategic planning, policy and procedures implementation, accreditation self-study, campus expansion and long-term planning, budget approval, and staffing. The Board liaises with the License Holder and the Head of School to ensure leadership and management. The Board of Governors includes Patrada Yomnak as Chairperson, who is also the License Holder.
Bangkok Prep is a British-curriculum day school in central Bangkok serving ages 2–18 across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form. It follows the National Curriculum of England, moving to Cambridge IGCSE in Years 10–11 and A Levels or BTEC in Sixth Form. The campus at 77 Sukhumvit 77 sits near BTS On Nut, with a free shuttle and door-to-door bus services for families. The school reports an average class size of 22 and an enrolment of 1,600+ students. Languages include Thai, Japanese (First Language), and Spanish, French, Mandarin as second-language options, with English as the language of instruction.
