The school is structured into Early Years, Primary, Secondary, and Sixth Form (Years 12–13). Students begin from Pre-Nursery and progress through to Year 13, following a continuous British curriculum framework.
Bangkok Prep is a co-educational day school serving students aged 3–18. It does not offer boarding, with all pupils attending on a day-school basis.
The school provides Learning Support to students who require additional academic assistance. Support is determined through assessment during the admissions process and may include tailored interventions or withdrawal sessions. EAL (English as an Additional Language) support is also available for students who need it.
Bangkok Prep follows the English National Curriculum and operates as a British international school, though it is independently managed and not formally affiliated with the UK government.
The school is non-religious and does not follow or promote any particular faith tradition.
The school operates on a weekday schedule with different start and finish times by section. Early Years and Primary students finish earlier in the afternoon, while Secondary and Sixth Form students have a slightly longer day. Scheduled breaks and lunch periods are built into the timetable for all age groups.
Bangkok Prep provides a door-to-door bus service for students, coordinated by an external transport partner. Additionally, a free shuttle service connects the school to nearby public transport during peak times. Families can choose the most suitable travel option based on location and schedule preferences.
Application Fees
A one-time Assessment Fee of THB 5,000 and a Placement Fee of THB 30,000 are required at application. Upon acceptance, a Registration Fee of THB 120,000–160,000 (depending on year level) and a Security Deposit of THB 60,000 are payable to secure the place. The Security Deposit is refundable upon withdrawal with at least 45 days’ written notice, provided all school accounts are cleared. All other application-related fees are non-refundable.

Fees are billed twice per academic year (August–December and January–June). Tuition includes lunch (except in Sixth Form), World Languages, field trips, BISA/TISAC sports fixtures, and the school yearbook.

Learning Support (LS): THB 35,000 – 80,000 per period (depending on tier)

Transportation Fees
A door-to-door bus service is available at an additional cost, with rates based on distance. A free shuttle service also operates to and from nearby public transport during morning and afternoon peak hours.
Sibling Discount
A 5 % tuition discount is applied for the second and subsequent children, applicable to the younger siblings only.
Boarding Fees
Bangkok Prep is a day school and does not offer boarding facilities.
Refund Policy
The Security Deposit is refundable upon written notice of withdrawal given at least 45 days in advance, provided all obligations and accounts have been settled. Other fees, including the Assessment, Placement, and Registration fees, are non-refundable.
Payment Options
Tuition and fees can be paid by bank transfer, cheque, bill payment, mobile/internet banking, or credit card (Thai-issued cards; instalment options available). Cash payments are accepted up to THB 50,000. A 2 % prepayment discount is offered for early settlement of Period 2 fees. Late payments incur a 1.25 % monthly surcharge on outstanding balances.
