Berkeley International School was established in 2010 to provide an American-style education for students in Bangkok. The school received full accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) in 2014 and graduated its first senior class in 2017. It offers classes from Pre-K through Grade 12 and serves a student body representing more than 35 nationalities. The school prepares students for university admission, particularly to institutions in the U.S. and other English-speaking countries. Facilities at Berkeley include modern classrooms, science and computer labs, a large library, indoor and outdoor sports courts, a swimming pool, performing arts studios, and a full-service cafeteria.
