Bromsgrove International School Thailand was founded in 2002 and is the only international affiliate of Bromsgrove School UK, which dates back to 1553. The school operates under a licensing agreement with its UK counterpart and maintains strong educational and governance links. It is owned and managed by Windsor Education Co., Ltd., a Thai company. Since its founding, the school has grown to include two campuses and serves students from Early Years through to Year 13.

Located about 30 km east of central Bangkok in the Min Buri District, the Windsor Park campus lies within a 36‑hole golf course.
