IPS runs a Counseling Programme based on the international model by Fezler and Brown (2011). It supports students' academic, personal, social, and career development in a global context. The counselor collaborates with students, parents, and staff, and integrates PSHE (Personal, Social, Health, and Economic) education throughout the school.
A school-wide Reading Buddies initiative pairs younger students with older peers to read together, promoting both literacy and social bonding.
IPS provides structured support for students with learning differences. A Learning Support Coordinator and teaching staff are in place to assist. Most support is delivered within the classroom through differentiated instruction.
Additional help is available through small group sessions or focused in-class aid to help students maintain focus and complete tasks on time.
