Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Attend a school tour (optional but encouraged).
Families may book a tour through the online booking form on the school’s website. Tours are conducted by appointment and allow parents to visit the campus, meet teachers, and see classes in action. This can help clarify any questions about the curriculum, school life, or learning support.

2. Complete the application form and submit documents.
Parents must complete the application form and provide supporting documents, including the child’s passport or birth certificate, recent school reports, vaccination records, and a completed medical form. A non-refundable entry assessment fee is payable at this stage.

3. Book and attend the entry assessment.
All applicants are required to undergo an age-appropriate entry assessment. This may include observations for younger children or written academic assessments and interviews for older students. The school uses this information to determine placement and ensure appropriate support.

4. Offer and enrolment.
If the child meets the admission criteria, the school will issue a Letter of Offer. Parents must confirm acceptance by paying the non-refundable baht 50,000 admission fee and submitting the signed enrolment agreement. A seat is only secured once full fees for Terms 1 and 2 are paid.

Waitlist

Invictus International Programme does not publicly disclose whether it operates a formal waitlist or pool system.
