Parent Experience

Community, involvement and what it's like to be a parent at this school

History

John Wyatt Montessori International School was founded in 2006 and has since established two campuses, including the one in Saraburi (also known as the Nong Don campus). This campus serves students from about age 3 up to age 18, spanning early childhood through adolescent levels of Montessori education. A separate adolescent farm school was established in 2020 in Saraburi, extending the Montessori approach into experiential and nature‑based settings.

Community

The Saraburi campus emphasizes a child-centered learning environment rooted in Montessori principles, set within a home-like architectural design intended to support independence and curiosity. The community supports multilingual engagement, with both Thai and English in use within school operations and education. The school also fosters multicultural awareness by integrating cultural studies into the curriculum and “going out” activities that connect students to broader societal and environmental contexts.

Parent-Teacher Association

The school does not have publicly available information on their parent teacher association however it encourages regular communication through meetings and workshops to share observations on children’s development.
