Curriculum

Krabi International School follows the English National Curriculum, delivered through the Cambridge Assessment International Education framework. In the Primary years (Years 1–6), students study core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, and ICT, along with Art, Music, Physical Education, and Thai language. Secondary (Years 7–9) builds on these foundations, with a broader range of specialist subjects and preparation for external qualifications. In Years 10–11, students work towards the Cambridge IGCSE in a selection of subjects chosen from core and elective options. Years 12–13 follow the Cambridge International AS and A Level programme, allowing students to specialize in three or four subjects in preparation for higher education. Thai language is taught to all students, and Chinese is offered as an additional language option.

Krabi International School, established in 2015, offers the Cambridge curriculum from Primary through A Levels, following the English National Curriculum. Located in Nong Thale, just 15 minutes from Ao Nang and 20 minutes from Krabi Town, the campus provides a calm setting with views of Krabi’s iconic limestone karsts. Students aged 5–18 learn in small classes, averaging 18 pupils, with English as the main language of instruction and Thai and Chinese offered as subjects. Facilities include dedicated science laboratories, sports areas, and green spaces supporting the school’s environmental initiatives. A distinctive feature is its focus on sustainability, with projects such as solar energy use and on-site hydroponics.
