Breakfast, lunch and snacks are prepared daily by full-time chefs. The meals are served without refined sugar or MSG, and the school can cater for allergies upon request. A three-week rotating menu is used (Weeks 1–3) with a downloadable Food Menu available.
The school is independently run and has its own policies separate from the Lighthouse School Group.
Lighthouse Chalong International Kindergarten & School delivers a hands-on, play-based curriculum for children aged 1–7 years, rooted in the Canadian Flight framework and enriched with influences from Montessori, Waldorf, and EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage). The program emphasizes cognitive skills (pattern recognition, sequencing, vocabulary), physical development (motor coordination, balance), social‑emotional growth (confidence, empathy, group play), and self-help abilities (personal care, responsibility). Learning includes early literacy through Jolly Phonics, Thai language basics, arithmetic, science, art, music, and outdoor activities, supported by indoor and outdoor play areas, sandpit, water-play, climbing equipment, and secure fenced grounds. Classes are kept small and staffed by native English-speaking, experienced educators to ensure stable, individualized learning.
