The primary language of instruction is English. English language support (ESL) is available to help students access the Alberta and Cambridge curricula. Mandarin Chinese Conversion (Basic) is offered as an after-school option. The school uses the Canadian Alberta Program for secondary and the Cambridge Curriculum.
Lighthouse International School Phuket’s secondary campus, opened in August 2024 in Rawai, offers education for Grades 7–12 (ages 11–18). Students follow the Canadian Alberta curriculum, leading to both Alberta High School and Thai Ministry of Education diplomas, with the option of Cambridge International qualifications including IGCSEs and A‑Levels. The curriculum emphasizes project‑based and personalized learning, featuring mixed‑age classes and continuous assessment to support individual progress. Facilities include a dedicated science laboratory, an ICT room, a library, and indoor/outdoor dining areas serving Thai and Western cuisine. The campus incorporates a Montessori‑inspired approach to encourage creativity, inquiry, and collaborative projects in science, business, and arts subjects.
