01 The school invites prospective families to visit the Chiang Mai campus and meet staff to understand the approach to British education and Thai culture. The visit helps families assess the facilities and pastoral support available. 02 To register your child, complete the registration form and pay the non-refundable registration fee of 5,000 THB. Upload the payment slip in the form to receive the child's assessment appointment. Registration marks the start of the admissions process. 03 All applicants registered for entry are invited to the first round of assessment. EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and Key Stage 1 assessments involve an informal parent interview with the Head and a child-led, play-based assessment. Key Stage 2 and 3 assessments involve computer-based adaptive tests in English, Maths, Non-Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning and Creative Comprehension, plus Group Interviews, Problem Solving/Teamwork activities, and Creative Writing; candidates are expected to discuss their interests, general knowledge and current affairs and to demonstrate communication in both individual and group settings. 04 Following assessment, offers are issued via email; other candidates may be placed on a waitlist. 05 To confirm a place, complete and return the acceptance paperwork along with the required acceptance deposit or tuition fee. Once the place is secured, an Induction Day is scheduled prior to the start of term.
