Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are charged on an annual basis; the school publishes annual tuition figures and operates a three‑term academic calendar. Invoices and the school's practice for collection (annual or by term) follow the school's payment arrangements and Group Standard Terms and Conditions.
- An obligation to pay a full term or annual tuition may arise if a pupil is withdrawn prematurely or without the required notice in accordance with the Group Standard Terms and Conditions.

Boarding fees
- There is no published schedule of boarding fees. The published fees list covers day tuition and admission‑related charges only.

Other costs and additional charges
- The published fees list specifies registration, placement, deposit and annual tuition only. No specific amounts for uniform, lunches, transport, extra‑curricular activities, examination fees or school insurance are published alongside the tuition schedule. Additional charges for items such as meals, transport, trips, uniforms or exams may be applied and invoiced separately under the school's billing procedures.

Refunds and deposit handling
- The school states that the Group's Standard Terms and Conditions apply in circumstances such as premature withdrawal; deposit repayment and any refunds are governed by those Standard Terms and Conditions. In the Mill Hill group practice, acceptance/deposit sums are typically repaid as a credit after the final term less any outstanding sums due to the school, subject to the Group Standard Terms and Conditions.

Fee payment options and fee queries
- Fees and charges are shown in Thai Baht (THB). For fee‑related enquiries and to confirm accepted methods of payment (bank transfer, card, online payment portals or others) contact the school's finance team at finance@millhillthailand.ac.th or by telephone on +66 53 965 989.

Notes
- Scholarships and fee discounts are published separately (for example, a Pioneer Scholars Award and other scholarship discounts for specified entry years). Scholarship discounts reduce the annual tuition shown when awarded.
- Where the school's published fees refer to the Mill Hill Education Group's Standard Terms and Conditions, those terms govern late payments, refunds, deposits and any circumstances where a full term's fee may become payable.
