Mooltripakdee International School (MIS) was founded in 2010 by Dr. Pinit Mooltripakdee, a former university professor and Thai senator. It began as a small private institution and has grown steadily over the years into a well-established international school. MIS is independently owned and operated under Thai management, with a long-standing commitment to offering a British-style education. The school’s development reflects a gradual and sustained expansion, with new facilities added to support its growing student body.
The MIS school community is diverse, bringing together families of various nationalities. The school regularly hosts cultural and community events such as International Day, Chinese New Year, and Songkran celebrations. These events provide students with opportunities to learn about different cultures and participate in shared school-wide experiences. Parental involvement is welcomed across many activities throughout the year.

Mooltripakdee International School (MIS) is located east of Pattaya, Thailand, and serves students aged 2 to 18. The Early Years programme (ages 2–5) combines the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with Montessori methods. Primary students follow the English National Curriculum, while Secondary students are prepared for Cambridge IGCSEs, with plans to offer A-Levels. The medium of instruction is English. Students also study Thai and Chinese as subjects. The campus includes dedicated buildings for primary and secondary levels, a STEAM block for science, computing, and mathematics, music and art rooms, a library, and sports facilities such as a football pitch, swimming pool, and basketball courts. Class sizes average around 20 students. The school operates as a single-campus, co-educational day school and does not provide boarding.
