The school reviews the submission and, if everything is in order, will call to schedule the applicant's assessment. This initiates the admissions process and confirms that the application has been received. 2. Applicant assessment scheduling. After the submission is reviewed and complete, the school will contact the family to arrange the applicant's assessment. The assessment process uses prior academic records and may involve an interview to determine placement. A staff member will outline the next steps after the assessment. 3. Assessment and application fee. An application fee of 2,500 Baht is non-refundable. The fee covers processing, verification of academic records, interviews, and the applicant assessment. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, or credit card. The fee is collected as part of the admissions process. 4. Tuition payment and enrollment steps. Tuition payments can be made online via a QR code (PromptPay) or by cash, bank transfer, or credit card (2% fee). After tuition is paid and enrollment is confirmed, registration, the school uniform, and the student package are organized. The school provides instructions on payment methods and deadlines during enrollment. 5. Documents required. For Thai citizens, provide copies of the transcript, name-change certificate, birth certificate, copies of the applicant's and guardian's identification cards, and photos of the applicant and guardians. For non-Thai nationals, provide copies of the transcript and education records, passport copies for the applicant and guardian, the applicant's birth certificate or passport, photos, and vaccination records for younger students as applicable.
