Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Families begin by submitting an online application through the school’s OpenApply platform. Alongside the application form, parents must upload the child’s academic transcripts from the previous two years, which can be submitted in either German or English. Additional documents, such as copies of passports, visas, or Thai ID and household registration, are also required depending on the family’s nationality.

2. For students applying to Grade 4 and above, a German language assessment is conducted. The school uses CEFR guidelines to determine the appropriate level: Grade 4 (A1), Grade 5 (A2), Grade 6 (B1), and Grade 9 (B2). No German requirement applies up to Grade 3, although early exposure is recommended for a smooth transition.

3. Applicants may be invited to attend an interview, either on campus or virtually. This is more common for students without German proficiency or where additional clarification is needed regarding grade placement. The interview allows the school to better understand the student’s background and readiness.

4. Once the student is accepted, families must pay the required fees to confirm enrolment. This includes the entrance fee, campus development fund (or registration fee), membership fee, and tuition invoice. A deposit of THB 50,000 may apply if registration occurs more than 60 days before the start date, which is later credited toward tuition.

5. Parents must submit a completed medical examination form for their child and sign the required policy agreements. These include consent to the values programme, dress code, insurance, tuition policies, enrolment agreement, and photo usage.

6. Once all documents and fees are received, the school issues an official acceptance letter. Families are invited for a campus tour or orientation session to familiarise themselves with the facilities and meet staff before the start of term.
