The Khao Yai campus is a day and boarding school. Boarding is available for students from nursery to age 18, with about 30% of students boarding. The boarding facilities are on the two upper floors of the main school building with separate boys' and girls' dormitories. A Head of Boarding leads the boarding team, and all boarders participate in After School Activities and supervised study, with boarding staff acting as tutors and on-site nurses providing medical and pastoral care. Full-time boarding is offered with weekend flexibility (Friday afternoon–Monday morning) or weekly boarding (Sunday evening–Friday afternoon).
The school provides meals for both day and boarding students, offering Western, Thai, and vegetarian main courses with a range of sides, fruit, juice and locally produced milk. Food is prepared on site by dedicated catering staff and dietary requirements can be catered for; menus are published in advance.
There are three Houses: Dragon, Erawan and Garuda. The House colours are red, blue and yellow. Houses participate in events such as Fun Run, Sports Day and Swimming Gala; each House has a House Coordinator, Heads of House and House Captains, and a House Points system tracks achievements.
