- 10 months interest‑free credit card option: available through Kasikorn Bank for full fee payments only (cannot be combined with other discounts). Deadlines for this option match the early‑bird deadlines.
- Late payment charge: THB 100 per day for overdue payments; the school reserves the right to take collection action and to temporarily suspend students for non‑payment.

Other costs and optional charges
- Additional costs not included in the annual tuition/general/resource fees may include: school van service; uniforms; external examination fees (CIE/AQA IGCSE/AS/A Level exam fees are not covered by resource fees); overnight camps; field trips (where applicable); ECAs and inter‑school competition fees; summer activity programmes; specialist equipment students keep (for example small musical instruments). Van fees are set by operators and are non‑refundable except in government‑mandated closures. Uniforms must be purchased from the school office and paid for when collected.
- EAL (English language support) fees at Bearing Campus (term‑based):
- Three periods/week: Term 1 THB 16,000; Term 2 THB 12,000; Term 3 THB 10,000.
- Five periods/week: Term 1 THB 26,000; Term 2 THB 20,000; Term 3 THB 16,500. Payments for EAL must be made at least three days before the start of term (or the student's first day).
Refunds, withdrawal and reserving a place
- Refund policy: money paid to the school for deposits, admission fees, tuition fees, general fees, uniforms and resources is non‑refundable and non‑transferable. Van and food fees may be credited only during periods of extended closure if required by government legislation. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances (for example prolonged serious illness or relocation); such requests must be made in writing to the Head of School and the school's decision is final.
- Withdrawal: parents must give at least four school weeks' written notice. For parents who paid in advance there is no refund; for those on instalments, the school requires payment of 40%, 70% or 100% of the full‑year fee if withdrawal occurs during Term 1, Term 2 or Term 3 respectively. Records and certificates are released only after all outstanding payments are cleared and school property returned.
Boarding
