Admission fees
- One‑time, non‑refundable admission fees (paid when a student is admitted):
- Little Lions (Pre‑Nursery): THB 125,000.
- Nursery – Year 6: THB 145,000.
- Years 7 – 13: THB 115,000.
- A deposit of THB 50,000 (non‑refundable) is required to secure a new student's place (this deposit is also required for visa support).

Per‑term and instalment breakdown
- Academic year structure and invoicing:
- The school operates on a three‑term academic year, and invoices/payment options are provided by the school. Instalment payment is offered as four equal payments for families paying across the year (see instalment dates below).
- Four‑instalment plan (school instalments): instalments are 25% of the annual sum (tuition + general fee + resource fee where applicable). Instalment due dates for the 2025–26 academic year are:
- 1st instalment: 1 August 2025 (25%).
- 2nd instalment: 1 November 2025 (25%).
- 3rd instalment: 1 February 2026 (25%).
- 4th instalment: 1 May 2026 (25%).
- Example instalment amounts (25% of the annual total for each year group):
- Little Lions: THB 60,000 per instalment (annual THB 240,000).
- Nursery: THB 76,250 per instalment (annual THB 305,000).
- Reception: THB 87,500 per instalment (annual THB 350,000).
- Years 1–7 (each): THB 93,750 per instalment (annual THB 375,000).
- Years 8–9 (each): THB 73,250 per instalment (annual THB 293,000).
- Year 10 / Year 12 (each): THB 76,000 per instalment (annual THB 304,000).
- Year 11 / Year 13 (each): THB 73,000 per instalment (annual THB 292,000).
- Per academic term (three terms per year): divide the annual total by three. Example (rounded to nearest baht):
- Little Lions: THB 80,000 per term (annual THB 240,000).
- Nursery: THB 101,667 per term (annual THB 305,000).
- Reception: THB 116,667 per term (annual THB 350,000).
- Years 1–7: THB 125,000 per term (annual THB 375,000).
- Years 8–9: THB 97,667 per term (annual THB 293,000).
- Year 10 / Year 12: THB 101,333 per term (annual THB 304,000).
- Year 11 / Year 13: THB 97,333 per term (annual THB 292,000).
Billing schedule, discounts and late payment
- Early‑bird full payment discount: a 2% discount applies to full‑year tuition payments (tuition only). For continuing students and new students starting in Term 1, full payment must be made by 30 July 2025 (or by the date stated on an invoice for mid‑year starters) to qualify. The general fee and resource fees are not eligible for the 2% discount.
- 10 months interest‑free credit card option: available through Kasikorn Bank for full fee payments only (cannot be combined with other discounts). Deadlines for this option match the early‑bird deadlines.
- Late payment charge: THB 100 per day for overdue payments; the school reserves the right to take collection action and to temporarily suspend students for non‑payment.
Payment methods and Bearing Campus bank details
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer/deposit, cash, cheque, credit card (credit card payments - except Kasikorn Bank 10‑month plan - incur a 2% bank charge). Instalments through the school are available as described above.
- Bearing Campus bank account (for bank transfer / deposit):
- Bank: TTB (TMBThanachart Bank), Branch: Imperial World Samrong.
- Account name: Thai Sikh International School.
- Account number: 082‑7‑65536‑6. Email the transfer receipt to finance@tsi.ac.th.
Other costs and optional charges
- Additional costs not included in the annual tuition/general/resource fees may include: school van service; uniforms; external examination fees (CIE/AQA IGCSE/AS/A Level exam fees are not covered by resource fees); overnight camps; field trips (where applicable); ECAs and inter‑school competition fees; summer activity programmes; specialist equipment students keep (for example small musical instruments). Van fees are set by operators and are non‑refundable except in government‑mandated closures. Uniforms must be purchased from the school office and paid for when collected.
- EAL (English language support) fees at Bearing Campus (term‑based):
- Three periods/week: Term 1 THB 16,000; Term 2 THB 12,000; Term 3 THB 10,000.
- Five periods/week: Term 1 THB 26,000; Term 2 THB 20,000; Term 3 THB 16,500. Payments for EAL must be made at least three days before the start of term (or the student's first day).
Refunds, withdrawal and reserving a place
- Refund policy: money paid to the school for deposits, admission fees, tuition fees, general fees, uniforms and resources is non‑refundable and non‑transferable. Van and food fees may be credited only during periods of extended closure if required by government legislation. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances (for example prolonged serious illness or relocation); such requests must be made in writing to the Head of School and the school's decision is final.
- Withdrawal: parents must give at least four school weeks' written notice. For parents who paid in advance there is no refund; for those on instalments, the school requires payment of 40%, 70% or 100% of the full‑year fee if withdrawal occurs during Term 1, Term 2 or Term 3 respectively. Records and certificates are released only after all outstanding payments are cleared and school property returned.
Boarding
- Boarding is not operated at the school; boarding fees are not applicable. Transport to school is provided by independent van operators (van service fees apply as described above).
Family discounts and mid‑year admissions
- Family discount on tuition: the second, third and subsequent children receive a THB 20,000 discount per child on tuition fees. Admission fees for siblings also receive a THB 20,000 discount per sibling after the first child.
- Mid‑year admissions: tuition for students joining mid‑year is calculated pro‑rata plus five days; instalment amounts for mid‑year joiners are specified on invoices.
