It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Online Application & Document Submission
After the tour, you complete an online application and upload required documents, including ID/passport copies, recent photos, health report, school reports (Grades 1+), and a recommendation letter. Applicants pay a non-refundable application fee.
2. Assessments & Interviews
Early Years applicants undergo a 30-minute observation; all applicants take an English proficiency test (reading, writing, listening, speaking). Grades 1–8 applicants have a 30-minute interview with a Loop or Cohort Leader; Grades 9–11 attend a 30–60-minute panel interview. If needed, the Student Success Team may conduct additional interviews for learning support evaluation.
3. Offer & Enrollment
A decision is provided within a week. Successful applicants receive an Offer of Enrollment, which must be accepted within the specified timeframe, and includes a non-refundable Enrollment Fee and Capital Development Fee.
4. Fee Payment & Confirmation
Once the offer is accepted, the school issues an invoice for tuition and related fees. Payment must be made by the deadline to confirm the student’s place.
