Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Book an Open House or campus visit.
If interested, register for an Open Morning or a private tour to meet staff and see classrooms in action.

2. Apply via online form.
Submit your application along with the non-refundable application fee before arranging assessment.

3. Undergo assessment.
Depending on the stage, your child will complete assessments like CAT4 tests, interviews, or stay-and-play sessions. Overseas families can do this remotely.

4. Review and decision.
The admissions and academic teams evaluate assessments, availability, and any disclosed learning needs (SEN/EAL) before making a decision—usually within 10 working days.

5. Receive and accept the offer.
You'll receive a Letter of Offer detailing the year group and terms. Accepting the offer requires signing the acceptance form and paying the THB 225,000 registration fee within 10 days.

6. Welcome and enrolment.
After acceptance, you'll receive a welcome package with orientation materials. Orientation sessions are held for parents, and the Admissions Team helps with all remaining enrolment steps.

Waitlist

The school operates a waitlist if a child passes assessment but no place is available. Places are offered strictly by waiting-list order, with priority given first to children of staff, then siblings, and then current Wellington family members. As spaces open up, offers are extended accordingly.
