The ground floor hosts cross-disciplinary teaching spaces and Harkness classrooms, with a Faculty Salon for staff collaboration. The fourth floor houses advanced science laboratories and mathematics rooms, while the fifth floor houses the Sixth Form Centre and arts studios. The design aligns with Wellington's 5Is philosophy of Inspired, Intellectual, Independent, Individual, and Inclusive.
