The Wells Thong Lo Campus uses American standards as the core of the curriculum. It offers an American and IB university-preparatory program for students from kindergarten through high school. The Expected School-Wide Learning Results focus on communication skills, problem-solving, life skills and responsible citizenship, healthy habits, technology, and Thai culture. Graduates are prepared to be effective communicators, critical thinkers, responsible global citizens, healthy individuals, proficient users of technology, and culturally diverse learners.
Arts are included as part of Wells' broad after-school and extra-curricular program. The Wells Extra-curricular Activities page notes that after-school offerings cover academics, sports, and arts programs. Students participate in national and international competitions in academics, the arts, and debate, including events such as the World Scholar's Cup. Arts activities also include projects like mural art and dance performances.
Thai culture is one of the focus areas addressed in the ESLRs, with emphasis on appreciation of Thai culture and arts. Students learn about Thai culture and arts and are encouraged to express appreciation for Thai heritage; respect for the Thai king and Thai culture is part of the program. The student body is diverse, representing more than 15 nationalities. Wells fosters cross-cultural understanding as part of its global education framework.
Extra-curricular Activities include a wide variety of after-school activities, including academic, sports and arts programs. Sports participate in inter-school competitions through the Thailand International Schools Activity Conference (TISAC); the Wells Seahawks compete and the school has sought BISAC membership. There are student-led service clubs and opportunities to participate in service projects and events in collaboration with NGOs. Past events include Tree Planting with ServICE schools, Inter-school Reef Clean Up Day, and Breast Cancer Awareness Month initiatives.

Wells International Kindergarten – Thong Lo Campus opened in 2003 and is situated at 6 Sukhumvit Soi 51, within walking distance of Thong Lo BTS station in Bangkok’s residential Thong Lo district. The campus offers an American‑based kindergarten curriculum for children aged 2 to 7, framed by the Thai Ministry of Education and Wells’ own standards. The layout centers around a child‑safe courtyard with slides, swings, and ample natural light, surrounded by classrooms equipped with technology for hands‑on learning. Specialist facilities include an art studio, music and dance studio, computer lab, and a small gymnasium, along with a swimming pool and bicycle track, supporting creative and active play .
