1. Attend a private tour or open house, if possible. This is strongly encouraged so families can visit the campus, observe learning environments, and meet academic leaders and staff in person.
2. Prepare and submit required documents. Applicants need to complete the official application form and submit supporting documents, which typically include passports/ID, transcripts, health records, photos, and any ELL testing results.
3. Application review and assessment. The school evaluates the submitted documentation and may request interviews, placement tests, or WIDA assessments to determine EAL eligibility before making an admission decision.
4. Receive offer and complete payment. Once a formal offer is issued, required deposits, registration fees, and the chosen campus development fund option must be paid to secure admission.

XCL ASB Sukhumvit offers scholarships for new students entering Grades 6 through 11. Families apply by submitting academic records, a personal statement, and any required forms. Scholarship eligibility is assessed based on merit and potential, and recipients are notified after the application deadline. XCL American School of Bangkok (Sukhumvit) serves students aged 2 to 18 in Pre‑K through Grade 12. Established in 1983, it offers an American curriculum aligned with Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards, and in high school a wide Advanced Placement (AP) programme including AP Capstone with over 20 AP courses available.
