Fees

Application Fees
A one-time application fee of THB 5,000 is required upon submission of the application. This is non-refundable and applies to all new students.

Registration Fees
A one-time registration fee is payable upon acceptance:
First child: THB 150,000
Second child: THB 130,000
Third child and beyond: THB 100,000

Refundable Deposit
A refundable deposit of THB 20,000 is charged per child. This amount is returned upon withdrawal, subject to the school's notice period and conditions.

Campus Development Fund
Families must choose one of the following:
- THB 180,000 (one-time payment, refundable after one full academic year)
- THB 20,000 (annual non-refundable contribution)
Second child pays THB 150,000 refundable; waived from the third child onward.

Fees are billed by semester. Tuition includes classroom materials, book rental, lunch and snacks, accident insurance, and Bangkok-based field trips.

English Language Support (ELL Fees)
ELL support is available and charged per semester based on assessment. Fees are determined by grade level and language need.

Sibling Discount
Second child: 5% tuition discount
Third child and beyond: 10% tuition discount

Transportation Fees
The school offers a bus service covering areas such as Sukhumvit (Soi 21–71), Ekkamai, Rama 9, and Ruamrudee. Fees vary by location and are invoiced separately per semester. Buses are managed by the school.

Boarding Fees
Boarding is available for Grades 6–12 through the ASB PLUS programme. Boarding fees are not publicly listed on the Sukhumvit campus website and may be handled separately through ASB Green Valley.

Refund Policy
The refundable deposit is returned following one academic year of attendance and a formal withdrawal notice. Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable. If written notice is given at least seven days before the semester’s midpoint, a 50% refund of tuition may apply. Midpoints for 2025–26 are October 9 (Semester 1) and March 20 (Semester 2).

Payment Options
Tuition and fees must be paid before each semester begins. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cheque, or credit card (2.5% surcharge applies). Late payments are subject to a THB 400 per day fee unless prior notice is given.

XCL American School of Bangkok (Sukhumvit) serves students aged 2 to 18 in Pre‑K through Grade 12. Established in 1983, it offers an American curriculum aligned with Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards, and in high school a wide Advanced Placement (AP) programme including AP Capstone with over 20 AP courses available. Located on Sukhumvit Road near BTS Thong Lor and Phrom Phong stations, the school has classrooms, science labs, media centre, library, swimming pool, sports complex, gym and music studios. Project‑Based Learning and Social‑Emotional Learning are integral across grade levels. Students come from over 40 nationalities, and middle/high school students engage in community hours service projects. Support is available for EAL (English as Additional Language) and learning needs on a case‑by‑case basis. Graduates have received multi‑million‑dollar scholarship offers from universities worldwide. The co‑educational campus also offers boarding from Grade 6 upward via ASB PLUS.
