Billing schedule and payment terms
- Registration windows with different published fee levels: there are three published billing windows that affect published fee totals — early registration (payment by 13 March), a mid registration window (14 March–31 May) and late registration (after 1 June). Fees increase for later registration windows.
- Installments and deferred payment: installment-payment options are available; the number of permitted installments and the total amount depend on the payment window and the chosen plan (examples shown in published schedules include 12, 8 and 6 installment totals for many grades; some plans are structured as 1 upfront payment + a fixed number of monthly installments). The school collects taksitli payments through a campus installment platform administered by VakıfBank (“VİNOV”).
- Minimum payment to confirm registration: for later registration windows a minimum advance (example: 20% of the period fee) is required by the stated registration date in order for the registration to be considered complete. If a family chooses a taksitli plan, the specific upfront percentage and the installment schedule are governed by the bank's Vinov plan.

Boarding / dormitory fees
- Boarding: no boarding/dormitory fees are published for ALKEV; the school's published fee schedules do not include any resident/boarding charges, and ALKEV operates as a day school with separately billed meal services.

Other costs or fees (uniforms, transport, devices, exam and activity fees)
- Uniforms and student transport (servis) are not included in the tuition figures and are charged separately; these costs are not included in the posted tuition totals. School-supplied items that are excluded from the tuition total include school clothing, bus service fees and individual lesson materials (instruments, calculators, personal tablets, etc.).
- Stationery & activity charges (where shown) are published as separate line items (examples given for anaokulu; primary/middle/high levels have separate “educational activities & digital platform” fees). These items include intra-school class activities, city-trip costs, and subscriptions for digital learning platforms.
- External exam / certification fees: language diplomas and external exam programmes (for example DSD language examinations and IB-related fees/USDP obligations) are handled according to the programme rules and external-registration charges are applied where required; IB Diploma–related USDP fees are charged in accordance with the regulation. Specific external exam registration fees vary by exam and year and are billed separately.

Refunds and cancellation
- Withdrawal before school opening: if a registered family requests cancellation before the school's opening date, the school's published policy refunds 90% of the total paid fee (i.e., a 90% refund of total fee if cancellation occurs before school opens).
- Unsuccessful waiting-list (yedek) reservations: reserve deposits paid for waiting-list positions are refunded when a place does not open or if the candidate is not accepted from the waiting list. When a waiting-list payment is applied to an accepted registration, the deposit is deducted from the applicable registration fee.

Accepted payment methods and practical payment notes
- Accepted methods: bank transfer (IBAN provided for direct payments), credit-card payment via the school's online payment portal and installment (taksit) plans via the VakıfBank Vinov campus payment system are all published payment routes. Example bank details in published registration guidance list a Ziraat Bankası IBAN for the foundation's account for peşin payments. Credit-card payments via the online portal are generally processed as single (one-off) transactions; some banks run promotional installment campaigns for single-card payments.
- Timing: the published rules set out the dates by which particular payment options and instalment schedules must be chosen and indicate that the full selected payment for registration-day choices must be completed on the registration day where required; certain digital-content / platform fees must be paid in full at registration.

Admissions

Admissions

1. Aday Öğrenci Kayıt Başvuru Formu is submitted online from the school site or by contacting the school by phone to arrange a management meeting. 2. At the planned appointment, the kademe yöneticisi explains the school's routines and the academic and social processes, and sharing details of the backup (yedek) registration: a portion of the tuition is paid to accounting; if no vacancy is opened, this fee is refunded; if a backup student moves to asil kayda, the registration is completed at the current year's tuition and the backup amount is deducted. 3. The candidate is invited to the school for a Student Tanıma (assessment) process; the commission determines whether the student qualifies for asil enrollment. 4. If the student qualifies, they are enrolled on asil kaydı; 5) If the student does not attain asil enrollment, the backup registration fee is refunded and the student is removed from the backup list. 6. If a family has no place this year but wants to be reconsidered for the next year, the backup registration fee can be carried forward to the following year. 7. Within quotas, siblings and staff children have priority. 8. KVKK regulations may require the school to request documents, and for registration, official identity and e‑Okul system documents must be presented. 9. The school's class quotas are published: Anaokulu 61 places for the 4‑year‑old group and 96 places for the Preparatory group; the management may adjust quotas as needed. 10. For Lise admissions, the 8th‑grade Central Exam (MSP) is required by the Ministry of National Education for placement, and applicants with scores at or above the school's base score may apply within the available quota; if scores are tied, younger applicants receive priority. (Citations: Anaokulu procedures for backup registration and steps; İlkokul procedures; Ortaokul procedures; Lise admission overview.)

Scholarships

Başarı Bursları (Academic Achievement Scholarships) are awarded in ALKEV's Anadolu Lisesi and Fen Lisesi programs to students who meet a central exam performance threshold and ranking, with the exact base scores and quotas published in the Kontenjan Bilgisi, Taban Puanı ve Başarı Bursları section or the related document. If a Başarı Bursu is earned, it can be continued as a Başarı Devam Bursu based on year‑end performance, provided the year's end average remains at least 85 and there are no disciplinary violations; the continuation burs is available only if the student continues at ALKEV Anadolu or Fen Lisesi. Only the Başarı Bursu can be awarded (other general school discounts do not apply in combination with the Başarı Bursu, though some other discounts may apply separately under defined conditions; total discounts cannot exceed 25%). Additional discounts include: continuing from middle to high school (10%), siblings (2nd child 10%, 3rd child 20%), and if a parent is a teacher (10%); these discounts may not stack with the Başarı Bursu beyond the 25% total cap. An exception note states that the 10% discount for ALKEV Foundation employees' children was rescinded by the Foundation's board in 2024, though existing cases prior to that remain. (Citations: Sıkça Sorulan Sorular for Başarı Bursları; ALKEV Burs ve İndirim Yönetmeliği summary; 2026–2027 tuition and discount policy details.)

Waitlist

A waitlist (yedek kayıt) system is used to manage limited class seats. For Anaokulu, backup registration requires paying a portion of the tuition to accounting; if a vacancy does not arise, the backup fee is refunded; if a vacancy opens and the student moves to asil registration, the registration is processed at the current year's tuition and the backup payment is credited toward it. Siblings and staff children have priority within available slots. For İlkokul, the backup registration involves paying a portion of the tuition at the time of backup; if no vacancy, the fee is refunded; if moving to asil, the official registration uses the current year's tuition and the backup amount is deducted. For Ortaokul, the registration process is governed by the school's Registration Committee with documented backup lists; the school may publish backup lists and proceed with admissions from those lists when vacancies arise. The general approach across levels is that a backup list exists to fill seats as they become available, with refunds or adjustments applied when vacancies do or do not materialize. (Citations: Anaokulu backup procedure; İlkokul backup and deposit details; Ortaokul registration rules.)
