School buses are operated by OKULSER. Drivers and hostesses receive ongoing training under the guidance of our psychological counselors. Buses and services are certified under Highway Traffic and School Bus Service Vehicles Service Regulation and are regularly supervised under ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System and the Ministry of Transport's School Bus Service Regulation. Tachometer and GPRS equipment continuously monitor speed.

ALKEV's curriculum develops globally aware, competent individuals who can think critically and reflectively, pursue lifelong learning, value human rights and cultures, and are ready for higher education. The curriculum uses German and English as target languages in line with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) standards, and is enriched with international experiences and meaningful, holistic content. The preschool program, the Early Childhood Education Program approved by the Turkish Ministry of Education in February 2024, follows a child-centered approach with GEMS, the Orff approach, forest pedagogy and the Montessori method, preparing children for the next level of education and fostering cultural awareness.

ALKEV High School is an official SAT exam center; SAT exams are held in Turkey annually in October, November, December, January, May and June, and the exam results are valid for two years.

University Preparation at ALKEV is offered for 11th and 12th grades to prepare students who wish to study at domestic or international universities. In 11th grade, YKS preparation begins; during the two-year process students receive guidance on aligning studies with career goals, developing study habits, and maintaining motivation. A bilingual International Baccalaureate-related option, the GIB diploma, is also available and is accepted by higher education institutions in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Belgium.

1. Aday Öğrenci Kayıt Başvuru Formu is submitted online from the school site or by contacting the school by phone to arrange a management meeting. 2. At the planned appointment, the kademe yöneticisi explains the school's routines and the academic and social processes, and sharing details of the backup (yedek) registration: a portion of the tuition is paid to accounting; if no vacancy is opened, this fee is refunded; if a backup student moves to asil kayda, the registration is completed at the current year's tuition and the backup amount is deducted. 3. The candidate is invited to the school for a Student Tanıma (assessment) process; the commission determines whether the student qualifies for asil enrollment. 4. If the student qualifies, they are enrolled on asil kaydı; 5) If the student does not attain asil enrollment, the backup registration fee is refunded and the student is removed from the backup list. 6. If a family has no place this year but wants to be reconsidered for the next year, the backup registration fee can be carried forward to the following year. 7. Başarı Bursları (Academic Achievement Scholarships) are awarded in ALKEV's Anadolu Lisesi and Fen Lisesi programs to students who meet a central exam performance threshold and ranking, with the exact base scores and quotas published in the Kontenjan Bilgisi, Taban Puanı ve Başarı Bursları section or the related document. If a Başarı Bursu is earned, it can be continued as a Başarı Devam Bursu based on year‑end performance, provided the year's end average remains at least 85 and there are no disciplinary violations; the continuation burs is available only if the student continues at ALKEV Anadolu or Fen Lisesi. Only the Başarı Bursu can be awarded (other general school discounts do not apply in combination with the Başarı Bursu, though some other discounts may apply separately under defined conditions; total discounts cannot exceed 25%). Additional discounts include: continuing from middle to high school (10%), siblings (2nd child 10%, 3rd child 20%), and if a parent is a teacher (10%); these discounts may not stack with the Başarı Bursu beyond the 25% total cap. A waitlist (yedek kayıt) system is used to manage limited class seats. For Anaokulu, backup registration requires paying a portion of the tuition to accounting; if a vacancy does not arise, the backup fee is refunded; if a vacancy opens and the student moves to asil registration, the registration is processed at the current year's tuition and the backup payment is credited toward it. Siblings and staff children have priority within available slots. For İlkokul, the backup registration involves paying a portion of the tuition at the time of backup; if no vacancy, the fee is refunded; if moving to asil, the official registration uses the current year's tuition and the backup amount is deducted. For Ortaokul, the registration process is governed by the school's Registration Committee with documented backup lists; the school may publish backup lists and proceed with admissions from those lists when vacancies arise.
