The campus sits in the heart of İzmir on a wooded 12-acre site overlooking the Aegean Sea. İzmir has excellent public transportation, and a car is not necessary to reach the campus.

The school provides a five-year high school education from Prep through Grade 12, with the Prep year compulsory. Students may enter the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Grade 11, or continue with the Turkish national curriculum.

Private, co-educational day school. The languages of instruction are English and Turkish, and the school offers the IB Diploma Programme.

Guidance and Counseling provides individual and group counseling and supports students' academic, social, and emotional development; the program uses high-quality learning strategies and operates as part of a comprehensive guidance program.

The school has historical affiliation with the United States, founded in 1878 by the American Board Heyeti to serve as a cross-cultural link between Turkey and the United States. It is part of the SEV network governed by the Saglık ve Eğitim Vakfi (SEV).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- The published annual tuition amount depends on the date of registration within the published registration windows; later registration dates carry higher published amounts. The school publishes different totals depending on the registration month.

- Accepted single-payment and installment methods are specified at registration; installment plans include a 12-month, interest-free VINOV campus plan (where available within the promotional deadline), limited credit-card installment plans, and a Taksitli Eğitim Sistemi (TEST) option (1 peşin + 3 taksit) or other bank installment arrangements. Promotional installment offers can have application/eligibility dates and bank-specific terms.

- For families choosing a multi-invoice installment plan, electronic invoices for instalment payments have historically been issued on a monthly schedule across the September–June period (10 equal invoices across that period for some installment arrangements). Exact invoice timing and number of installments depend on the chosen payment plan.

Boarding fees and boarding inclusions

- Annual boarding fees (yatılı ücretleri) are published separately from day-student tuition and vary by registration date and payment method (bank transfer, credit card single payment, or installment). - Boarding fees include seven-day, three-meals-per-day service as part of the boarding charge. Sibling discounts do not apply to boarding fees (per published dormitory terms). Specific boarding refund/cancellation rules follow the applicable boarding regulations and published dormitory rules.

Other costs and fees

- The standard tuition fee does not include day-student meal charges; day-student meal costs are charged separately. Boarding fees include meals as noted above.

- Uniforms, textbooks, school bus/transport (servis) and other ancillary services (e.g., some extracurricular or activity-specific fees, examination fees or optional program charges) are charged separately from the tuition fee and are handled through post-registration administrative documents. Parents are provided details about these additional costs during the registration-completion process.

Refund information and withdrawal deductions

- Tuition refunds follow the national regulation for private education institutions: if a student withdraws before the start of the academic year, the amount to be returned is the annual fee less a 10% deduction; if withdrawal occurs after the academic year begins, the refundable amount is the annual fee minus a 10% deduction and minus the portion attributable to the days the student attended. These refund principles are applied in accordance with the Ministry regulation cited in the school's registration guidance.

- For boarding (dormitory) cancellations, specific dormitory rules apply: historically, departures by 15 September resulted in a retention equal to 10% of the boarding service fee; departures after 15 September were subject to a larger retention (detailed per the dormitory cancellation terms, including charging for the months of service used and a percentage of remaining fees). Parents should follow the published dormitory cancellation policy for precise calculations.

Fee payment options

- Payment channels accepted for tuition and other school fees include: bank transfer (Havale/EFT), credit card (single-payment and some installment options), education loan products (Akbank education loan is referenced among available financing options), and bank-managed campus installment systems (e.g., Vakıfbank VINOV where offered). Bank-specific installment availability, promotional deadlines and interest/fee terms are determined by each bank.

Practical notes (administrative)

- The published annual amounts and available payment plans depend on the registration date and chosen payment method; promotional installment programs and bank-specific offers may have cut-off dates.

- Day-student meal charges, uniforms, textbooks, bus/transport and optional activity fees are additional to the tuition and are billed separately in the registration-completion documentation. Boarding fees include meals.
