Antalya Toplum Koleji offers K-12 education from preschool to high school. It follows the Turkish Ministry of National Education curriculum enriched with international programmes. Education is provided in a foreign language. Cambridge International and the International Baccalaureate (IB) are included in the academic programme. The school fosters a multicultural environment with 30+ nationalities and international teachers, and places well-being at the core of learning. The curriculum upholds the values of the Republic and Atatürk's principles within its framework.
Cambridge Programme and the Maarif Model provide enrichment opportunities for advanced learners. These are integrated through Cambridge-based activities and competitions across grades.
The school fosters social and emotional development through a multicultural environment, intercultural communication activities, and club programs that support social interaction. It aims to raise global citizens who are self-confident, intuitive, and able to express their feelings, ideas, opinions and thoughts sensitively and respectfully. Club activities and student leadership opportunities further develop social, cognitive, and emotional skills.
The school follows an inclusion framework to support learners with diverse needs across both Turkish national and international curricula. A dedicated school inclusion team, including school counsellors and teachers, identifies barriers and puts in place structures to support all students. When a student experiences difficulties, teachers discuss with the school counsellor; guardians are informed as appropriate, and an individualized program may be created with guidance from the RAM (Guidance and Research Center). The policy is reviewed annually.
The primary languages of instruction are English and Turkish, with German, French, and Spanish offered as additional languages. All teachers act as language teachers and support language learning across the curriculum. Each student has a language portfolio to track progress, and language learning is facilitated through regular library activities, reading and writing tasks, and opportunities to practice languages in diverse contexts.
The school prioritizes wellbeing alongside academic and social development, with language support and clubs contributing to emotional growth. The High School program includes a psychological counselling unit to support student wellbeing and university planning; The Duke of Edinburgh's Award program promotes self-management, perseverance, teamwork, leadership, and physical wellbeing.
The Inclusion Policy emphasizes safeguarding and a safe, inclusive learning environment, with confidentiality of student information and processes for early identification of needs. If a student faces a challenge, it is identified by teachers and discussed with the school counsellor; guardians are informed if needed and an individualized plan may be implemented with RAM involvement. The policy includes ongoing reviews and steps to remove barriers, and addresses accessibility and open dialogue with families.
Early enrollment is available. Prospective guardians fill out the Early Enrollment form to be contacted by the school. The form asks for the guardian's full name, email address, mobile phone, which school to register at (Preschool, Primary School, Middle School, High School), and consent to be contacted by phone and e‑mail. The school offers Cambridge and International Baccalaureate (IB) programs from kindergarten to high school and uses the Cambridge English Education System, with instruction in English and Turkish. The school has teachers from 12 nationalities.
