1. Applications to Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions schools are made by filling out the Pre-Registration Application Form. 2. Parents who fill out the Pre-Registration Application Form receive information about admission-acceptance conditions and the school from the contact addresses they have specified. 3. For students starting in kindergarten, reception class, and grades 1–5, Student Recognition Interviews and Evaluations are conducted. These interviews are part of the admissions process. 4. For the 6th and 7th grades of the middle school, admission is through the Level Determination Exam (DBS). The DBS determines entry to these grades. 5. For Eyüboğlu College and Burçak Eyüboğlu Science and Technology High School preparatory class, admission is based on the High School Transition System (LGS) results or the Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions High School Admission Exam. Candidates may be admitted based on either pathway. 6. For students starting in intermediate classes at Eyüboğlu College and Burçak Eyüboğlu Science and Technology High School, admission is through the Level Determination Exam (DBS) if there is a quota. 7. Student Recognition Interviews are conducted for student admissions at all levels.
BURÇAK-RÜSTEM EYÜBOĞLU FOUNDATION: BURSEV provides scholarships to successful Eyüboğlu students within the Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions framework. BURSEV also provides scholarships to successful and needy students pursuing higher education. A Support Scholarship Fund for Girls has been established within the Turkish Education Foundation (TEV) for Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions. This scholarship fund supports female students receiving university education in Turkey.
Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions in Istanbul integrate the Turkish National Education Curriculum with International Baccalaureate programmes across K‑12. The IB Primary Years Programme is used in the primary years, the IB Middle Years Programme in the middle years, and the IB Diploma Programme in the high school, with Math and Science taught in English from middle school. Multilingual education is central, with English as the main language of instruction and German and Spanish offered as additional languages to foster global citizens. The network operates seven campuses across Istanbul, comprising 15 schools (six kindergartens, four primaries, three middle schools, two high schools). Distinctive features include observatories and a planetarium integrated into science learning; five libraries totaling 150,000 volumes; a dedicated Research Center at Çamlıca Primary School; and access to databases such as EBSCOhost and Follett Destiny. Eyüboğlu earned CIS accreditation as the first Turkish school and maintains the largest CIS-accredited network worldwide.
