The Guidance and Counseling Department addresses students' physical, emotional, social, and personal needs, covering healthy living, academic planning, career guidance, interpersonal relationships, communication skills, and responsible use of technology. It fosters an environment where students can thrive in every facet of their development. By actively engaging students, parents, and educators, it prioritizes the holistic well-being of each student. Student-oriented activities include orientation to support adaptation, student recognition, group activities to build life skills, in-class guidance practices, and career-planning activities across high school.
Emotional and mental well-being are central to Eyüboğlu's approach to education. The Guidance and Counseling Department provides individual counseling sessions and group activities to support students' emotional health. In-class guidance practices address age-appropriate needs, covering topics such as healthy living, academic planning, career guidance, interpersonal skills, and responsible use of technology. The process emphasizes confidentiality, trust, and respect for individual rights, with parents engaged through seminars and bulletins to support their children's well-being. Teachers receive in-service training and counseling sessions to promote student well-being.
Eyüboğlu Educational Institutions in Istanbul integrate the Turkish National Education Curriculum with International Baccalaureate programmes across K‑12. The IB Primary Years Programme is used in the primary years, the IB Middle Years Programme in the middle years, and the IB Diploma Programme in the high school, with Math and Science taught in English from middle school. Multilingual education is central, with English as the main language of instruction and German and Spanish offered as additional languages to foster global citizens. The network operates seven campuses across Istanbul, comprising 15 schools (six kindergartens, four primaries, three middle schools, two high schools). Distinctive features include observatories and a planetarium integrated into science learning; five libraries totaling 150,000 volumes; a dedicated Research Center at Çamlıca Primary School; and access to databases such as EBSCOhost and Follett Destiny. Eyüboğlu earned CIS accreditation as the first Turkish school and maintains the largest CIS-accredited network worldwide.
