Per-term and installment equivalents (calculated from the published annual fee)

- The school publishes annual fees. For database purposes the following standard pro rata conversions are provided (simple equal splits):
- Per-term (if you treat the academic year as three equal terms) = Annual fee ÷ 3 (rounded to nearest whole TL).
- Per-month (10-installment equivalent) = Annual fee ÷ 10 (rounded to nearest whole TL).

- Example (illustrative, using the published annual fee):
- A1 Kindergarten annual fee ₺1,050,000 → per term (÷3) ≈ ₺350,000; per 10-month installment (÷10) ≈ ₺105,000. (These per-term / per-installment figures are simple arithmetic divisions of the published annual fee.)

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Registration / payment window: online renewal and registration payments are processed within the published registration period (dates are announced for each intake). A peşin (single) payment discount of 5% is applied at registration when full payment is made.

- Accepted payment methods and installment options:
- Full single-payment by credit card (online) or by bank transfer (havale/EFT) to the school's account.
- Payment by a Denizbank Kredili Mevduat Hesabı (KMH) or by eligible credit cards with Bonus program for 10 equal online installments. When the installment option is chosen, the candidate's paid application amount is taken as the down payment (peşinat) and the remainder is paid in 10 monthly installments (example timing: first installment May — last installment February in the published payment plan). KMH installments are collected monthly on the bank's scheduled collection date; credit-card installment schedules follow the card statement cycles.
- The school publishes its receiving bank account and IBAN for bank transfers. (Bank account details are provided in the school's payment instructions.)

Boarding (yatılı) / residential education

- Boarding is not applicable: TED Ankara College Foundation Schools operate as day schools and do not list a boarding programme for primary, middle or high school students.

Other costs and typical additional fees

- Meals (tabldot / catering): school meals are charged separately; meal plans / tabldot fees are published separately (meal fees are charged per number of education days and the service VAT is applied). Meal billing is handled via the school's meal system and card-loading options; for specific meal-rate schedules the school publishes a tabldot payment plan.

- Transport (school bus / servis): school transport is billed separately. For the published transport year shown, fees vary by distance band and by school section (Anaokulu / İlkokul / Ortaokul-Lise); sample distance-band annual fees (published for the transport year) include the following examples: Anaokulu 0–6 km ₺92,900; İlkokul 0–6 km ₺81,150; Ortaokul/Lise 0–6 km ₺76,900. Transport prices include VAT and are subject to discounts for cash/peşin payment and sibling discounts; additional service rules (single-direction discount, two-address surcharge, employee-child discounts) are applied as published.

- Uniforms and school supplies: uniforms and required books/stationery are sold through the school's TED Dükkan (on-campus store and online shop). Uniform and book purchases are separate costs (prices set per item by the TED Dükkan).

- Extracurricular courses, international diploma/certificate programme fees, school trips, optional courses, and other items (books, additional course fees, exam fees where applicable) are charged in addition to the published tuition; those items are invoiced or announced separately. The published tuition covers instruction only; food, transport, uniform, books, courses, and similar items are additional.

Refunds and cancellation

- Application fee / candidate deposit: the paid application (candidate) fee is normally offset against the tuition when registration is completed. If a candidate withdraws before final registration, application payments are refunded under the school's published application-refund procedure (subject to the timeframes the school specifies). For the kindergarten application example, an online candidate payment is refunded to the card if the candidate withdraws before registration finalisation (refund timing details are published in the admission procedure).

- Tuition refunds after registration: tuition refund calculations follow the national regulation for private education institutions (MEB Özel Öğretim Kurumları Yönetmeliği). In brief: when a student leaves before the school year starts, the school refunds the annual fee minus up to 10% (the non-refundable portion allowed by the regulation); when a student leaves after the school year has started, the refunded amount is the annual fee minus 10% and minus the pro rata amount for days attended (calculated to the school's published formula). Specific refund calculations and procedures are applied according to the regulation and the school's registration terms.

Tuition figures are the education fee only; meal, transport, uniform, book and course fees are extra. A peşin-payment discount of 5% is applied when the full tuition is paid at registration. TED Ankara College Foundation Schools sit on a landmark 309-acre campus near Ankara, with the İncek Campus described as the world's largest private school campus for primary and secondary education. Founded in 1931, it became TED Ankara College Foundation's first school and the first private Turkish school with English as the language of instruction. The campus features modern classrooms, science laboratories, hi-tech and 3D learning spaces, and a planetarium, plus a dedicated Arts and Sports Center. The school delivers the International Baccalaureate program: MYP as a candidate school pursuing authorization, and the Diploma Programme for students aged 16–19, offering a bilingual diploma designed to complement Türkiye's National Education curriculum. English is taught across the school within a CEFR framework; grade 5 onward offers a second foreign language (German, French, or Spanish).
