The school supports students' social, emotional and cognitive development through the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit (PDR). The unit operates with a developmental guidance approach involving students, parents and teachers, and runs programs to help students understand themselves, develop self-awareness, and build interpersonal skills. PDR specialists participate in classes according to a defined plan, conduct screenings and observations throughout the year, provide individual support when needed, and monitor student development. Monthly PDR newsletters are published for parents via the parent portal, and PDR specialists or other experts hold PDR Parent Meetings to inform families about developmental stages.
The school has no program or special class for students with special education needs.
English language education is based on an integrated program prepared for a K12 framework across all levels; English is taught as part of the integrated program.
The Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit provides mental wellbeing support through social, emotional and cognitive guidance. PDR specialists conduct screening and support, and, where needed, offer individual counseling and ongoing monitoring. Parents are kept informed through monthly PDR communications and parent meetings.
Campus safety includes 24-hour security with 29 private security officers at nine locations, CCTV coverage with 410 cameras, and a license-plate recognition system at campus entry. Vehicle information for parents, visitors and staff is recorded by Security and Information Desk. Bus drivers and coordinators are reminded to follow campus rules. Campus safety is monitored by local police units under the İncek Police Station and Gölbaşı traffic and public order authorities.
TED Ankara College Foundation Schools sit on a landmark 309-acre campus near Ankara, with the İncek Campus described as the world's largest private school campus for primary and secondary education. Founded in 1931, it became TED Ankara College Foundation's first school and the first private Turkish school with English as the language of instruction. The campus features modern classrooms, science laboratories, hi-tech and 3D learning spaces, and a planetarium, plus a dedicated Arts and Sports Center. The school delivers the International Baccalaureate program: MYP as a candidate school pursuing authorization, and the Diploma Programme for students aged 16–19, offering a bilingual diploma designed to complement Türkiye's National Education curriculum. English is taught across the school within a CEFR framework; grade 5 onward offers a second foreign language (German, French, or Spanish).
