School uniform is compulsory; students purchase two full sets of 7Hills uniform, including two sets of both the school uniform and the sports kit. Uniform options include the 7Hills Girls Uniform Dress or the 7Hills Shirt and Shorts or Trousers, with the field trip polo shirt, school hoody, and black shoes; hair and jewellery should be appropriate.
Lunch is catered by the Bistro with a menu designed to take into account dietary restrictions and allergies. Lunch is optional with the option to bring a packed lunch; drinks are water only and snacks should be healthy.

7 Hills International School is a not-for-profit international secondary school in Kampala, Uganda, serving students aged 11 to 18. The curriculum blends the International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) for Years 7–9 with Pearson Edexcel IGCSE for Years 10–11 and International A Levels (IAL) in Years 12–13, supported by Pearson examinations. IMYC uses thematic, project-based units that link subjects and foster critical thinking, while IGCSE and A Levels provide clear pathways to international higher education. The school operates as an accredited Pearson exam centre and offers GCSE/IGCSE, International A Level, and iLower Secondary assessments. Facilities include a STEM laboratory, a library, music and art rooms, performing spaces, and sports venues at Lugogo Stadium, plus MTN Indoor Arena nearby.
