Lugogo Stadium is one of the most extensive sporting facilities in Kampala and offers facilities for a diverse range of sports. A broad sports program includes basketball, volleyball, football, athletics and yoga, with swimming and golf taken off-site. 7Hills is a member of the International School's Sports Association (ISAA) and its teams compete against other Kampala international schools.
