- Annual tuition: USD 9,000.
- Termly option: USD 3,150 (3 terms).

Lunch, trips and other recurring charges

- Lunch (optional; catered by The Bistro) is charged per term based on days taken:
- Term 1 (79 days): USD 280.
- Term 2 (64 days): USD 230.
- Term 3 (36 days): USD 130.

- Field trips: day-trip charges are applied each term. Published amounts shown include UGX 200,000 per term (approximate USD figure published as USD 60 per term); overnight residential trip costs are charged separately (an example published amount is approx. USD 120 for overnight trips).

Other costs and required items

- Uniform and kit: two full sets of school uniform and two sports kits are required; parents must supply sports shoes, comfortable black everyday shoes, a navy blue swimsuit, a field-trip polo shirt, a school hoody and an art apron. Students should also supply a school bag, water bottle, stationery (per stationery list), and a student planner.

- Stationery and learning devices: families must provide stationery per the school stationery list. Each student receives a Kindle Fire; damage or loss of a Kindle is chargeable (listed value USD 90). Damaged library books are charged (example published replacement charge UGX 50,000 per book).

- Extracurricular / clubs: any club or transport fees are billed in addition to tuition and are due with term fees (see billing schedule below). Participation in lunch, clubs or school shuttle is conditional on cleared payment of the corresponding fees.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Currency and due dates:
- Fees are payable in US dollars. All school fees are due one week before the start of each term.

- Instalment options and surcharges:
- Annual payment (single payment) is accepted and is the encouraged method.
- Termly payments are accepted; termly instalments on discounted fees attract a 5% surcharge.
- Monthly payments are accepted; monthly instalments on discounted fees attract a 10% surcharge. The school encourages 10 monthly instalments (August–May). Surcharges apply to discounted fees only.

- Late or partial payments and mid-term enrolment:
- Fees for new students joining mid-term are payable by the student's first day of school. Spaces cannot be reserved without financial commitment. If part payment is made it will be allocated to fees first, then lunch, then transport & clubs.

- Withdrawal and termination:
- Written notice of withdrawal must be provided at least one term prior to the intended leaving date. Failure to provide one term's written notice results in a charge equal to one term's fees. The school reserves the right to terminate attendance in specific circumstances.

Refund information

- All fees once paid are non-refundable. Registration fees, school fees or other payments are not refundable.

Boarding

- Boarding fees: no boarding programme or boarding fees are published. The school's materials describe daily operations, uniform requirements, shuttle/transport and pick-up arrangements rather than any residential/boarding provision.

Fee payment options and bank details

- Accepted payment methods:
- Cash deposit (registration fees may be paid in cash at the school office during working hours), bank transfer, telegraphic transfer and cheques (cheques must be from Ugandan bank accounts). All bank transfer charges are payable by the parent/guardian. Copies of bank slips should be provided to the school for verification and receipts will be issued on presentation of deposit slips.

The curriculum blends the International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) for Years 7–9 with Pearson Edexcel IGCSE for Years 10–11 and International A Levels (IAL) in Years 12–13, supported by Pearson examinations.
