Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application fees

- Registration fee: USD 150 (non‑refundable).
- Resource fee (Primary): USD 200 (non‑refundable).

Tuition fees (by year group and term)

- The school does not publish a public breakdown of tuition fees per year group or per term for the 2026/27 or 2025/26 academic year. The only publicly listed fee‑headings identify registration and a primary resource fee; tuition fee amounts by level are available only at the school premises or by direct request. Tuition is stated to include breakfast, lunch and other facility charges.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- A detailed billing calendar (termly invoicing dates, due dates, penalties for late payment) is not published in the available materials. The school requires timely payment to ensure continuity of placement. The registration and resource fees are explicitly non‑refundable.

Boarding fees

- No boarding programme or boarding fees are published in the school's available materials; the school's published information and contact details indicate a day‑school operation. If boarding were offered, no public boarding fee schedule is provided.

Other costs and one‑off charges

- Uniforms, textbooks, stationery, transport, exam fees, extracurricular activity fees, insurance, and similar ancillary charges are not listed with fixed amounts in the available materials. The primary resource fee is the only additional non‑refundable one‑off charge shown for primary. Expect separate charges for uniforms, books and transport where applicable; no published amounts are provided.

Refund information

- Registration and resource fees are non‑refundable. No other public refund policy or schedule (for tuition refunds, withdrawals, or pro‑rata adjustments) is published in the available materials.

Fee payment options

- Specific payment methods (bank transfer details, mobile money, credit card acceptance, online payment portal) are not published in the publicly available materials. The school publishes contact telephone numbers and an email address for billing and admissions enquiries; these should be used to obtain current bank account details or accepted payment channels. Contact: 0754958463 / 0786678199, info@acadia.ac.ug.

Brief summary of published information and gaps

- The only itemised, published fees are the non‑refundable Registration fee (USD 150) and a Primary Resource fee (USD 200), and an explicit statement that tuition covers breakfast, lunch and other facility charges; these items appear under an "Academic Year 2024–2025 Fees Structure" heading in the school's admissions information. No termly or year‑group tuition figures, no billing calendar, no boarding fee schedule, and no published payment method details were found in the available materials. For definitive termly and per‑year tuition amounts, billing schedule, boarding (if applicable), uniform and ancillary costs, and formal refund and payment policies, the school's admissions or finance office must provide the full fee schedule.
