The Primary campus features a covered courtyard and a synthetic football field, with elementary rooms spread across the campus and a library for student use. Some classrooms are renovated to include interactive video projectors. English is taught from the Middle Section as part of CLIL, and FLE support is available for non-French-speaking students.

The Ecole Française Les Grands Lacs, also known as the French School of Kampala, is a French international school in Uganda affiliated with AEFE and approved by the French Ministry of National Education.
