Billing schedule and payment terms

- Parents unable to pay the full term fee must notify the school before the due date and sign a written payment plan approved by the Headteacher.
Refunds and withdrawal notice
- All school fees are non‑refundable. This includes fees for students expelled for disciplinary reasons and for students withdrawn at parental request.
- Withdrawal notice: Parents must give one full term's notice prior to withdrawing a student. If full term's notice is not given, the term's fees remain payable.
Fee payment options
- The published fee schedule lists a specific line item for “Bank Charges” (UGX 2,300). From that item it is indicated that bank-based payment processes are used for fee transactions; parents should expect bank-related charges when paying via bank channels. (Inference supported by the published fee schedule.)
Short practical notes for planning
- To calculate an annual cost, multiply the per‑term amounts above by three (three terms per academic year).
- Uniform purchases require budgeting for at least two sets per student at the per‑set prices shown.
If you require these fee figures formatted for an external database, they are presented above by fee type, by term and (where applicable) by year, with the listed currency in Ugandan shillings (UGX).
