- Registration (one‑time, non‑refundable): USD 300 at the time of admission. USD 200 for the second child; no registration fee for subsequent children.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Each term's fees are due by the end of Week 1 of the school term. Late payments incur a surcharge of 5%. Students with fees unpaid after 30 days from the due date may be excluded from attending classes unless otherwise agreed in writing by Management.
- Discounts: 5% sibling discount on tuition for subsequent children; 5% early‑payment discount on tuition if the annual fee is paid before the start of the academic year; a "Refer a Friend" reduction of 15% on one term's tuition following the successful introduction and admission of a new student.
Boarding fees
- No boarding fees are listed. The published fee schedule presents day‑school tuition, transport (bus) and related services; boarding is not included in the fee items.
Other costs and regular ancillary fees

- Clubs and activities: For EC1 & EC2 scheduled clubs, USD 200 (schedule shown); students taking specific activities are charged at USD 100 per club. Club fees vary by activity.
- After‑school care and late‑pickup fees: After‑school care (Creche to EC2) shown as USD 200; late pickup is charged at USD 5 per 15 minutes.
- Bus/transport (per term by zone): Zone 1 USD 250; Zone 2 USD 300; Zone 3 USD 350. Contact the school office for zone definitions and availability.
- Field‑trip, candidate exam and trekking trip fees: Candidate‑level exam fees, field trips and trekking trips are not included in tuition and will be charged separately when applicable.
Refund information
- Fees once paid are not refundable. Registration is explicitly non‑refundable. Exemptions to exclusion for overdue payment require written agreement by Management.

Oak International School is a day school in Uganda offering Cambridge Primary and Cambridge Secondary curricula. Cambridge Check Point Exams are scheduled in May, alongside Cambridge CEM Assessments and End of Term II Examinations, forming part of the assessment cycle.
