1. Primary admissions: Prepare documents and complete enrollment. The school requires four passport photos of the applicant. The child must present a current passport/visa or a parent's identity document with a valid visa. The applicant's previous school reports are required. Fill the enrollment form or press the Apply Now button to submit the application and pay an enrollment fee of 35,000 UGX. 2. Secondary admissions: Prepare documents and complete enrollment. The school requires four passport photos of the applicant. The child must present a current passport/visa or a parent's identity document with a valid visa. The applicant's previous school reports must be provided, along with a copy of the primary end-of-study certificate. Fill the enrollment form or press the Apply Now button and pay an enrollment fee of 50,000 UGX. 3. Student visa and residence permit: International students must obtain a residence permit, passport, and a one-year student visa. The requirements include: Ugandan national ID and refugee card; If the student lacks a card, the parent deposits a copy with UIFS Public Relations Officer; 2 passport photos; Entry document issued by the DGM with a visa of at least 3 months or the current residence permit; Fill the UIFS form with the Public Relations Officer; Fee 30 USD for UIFS students plus transport 50,000 UGX; Duration 1 day. To obtain or renew the passport: 4 passport photos; Copy of birth certificate; Copies of the parents' passport or voter card; Parental consent letter; Fees 245 USD for first time or 200 USD if you have the previous passport card; Duration 1 month. To obtain or renew the one-year study visa at the Ministry of Internal Affairs: Passport/residence permit/travel document with a current visa of at least 3 months; Fees 100 USD (380,000 UGX); 50,000 UGX for transport; Duration 1-3 months. NB: Processing times depend on the Ministry; deposit dossiers at least 3 months before visa to avoid gaps; late deposits incur a 100 USD (380,000 UGX) fine by Immigration.
