Students who have psycho educational evaluations receive learning support plans detailing accommodations and goals, while a three step process guides intensified support for others managed by a team that includes certified special education teachers, learning support teachers, directors of instruction, school counselors, and families. Services cover reading, writing, phonological awareness, mathematics, emotional needs and regulation, and executive functioning. English as an Additional Language (EAL)

Chillville sensory spaces provide calming environments to assist students in regulating their emotions and maintaining wellbeing.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding is embedded in the EMPOWER program as part of the child protection plan, with lessons teaching students about their right to be safe, how to identify people who can help, and talking to a trusted adult when they feel unsafe.
